Car parking
We offer up to 50 secure parking spaces with CCTV monitoring to all our Patrons and user bodies.
Dedicated spaces for disabled 'blue badge' vehicles are also available adjacent to the main building entrance leading to the disabled toilet facilities and lift
Car parking spaces are also available for business & private users and are let on an annual basis
Annual letting of car parking spaces - 'working week'
Singular or block applications for car park spaces are invited from businesses or individuals.
Unfortunately due to demand, all 50 spaces are currently occupied until 31st December 2010. Applications for 2011 will be processed in c. November/December 2010
The fee for 2011 is £575 + VAT, per space for an annual usage. Monday - Friday c.8AM-6PM*, with occasional Saturday use. This represents a considerable saving on similar council and private parking within the Town Centre

Annual letting of car parking spaces - 'evening & weekend'
For 2011 we will be offering up to 10 spaces for use during evenings & weekends, 6PM-8AM Monday-Friday, all weekends and all bank holidays throughout the year.
These spaces are initially offered to residents at £360 + VAT, per space for annual usage

Letting of car parking spaces for individual functions
By special arrangement it will be possible to offer up to 50 car park spaces for events held at Alderson House or your own event held elsewhere in Warwick.
For events taking place at Alderson House the use of the car park is free of charge. Arrangements for usage and available spaces will be confirmed at the time of event booking and can include the facility for leaving vehicles overnight and collect the next day.
A nominal charge is made for use of our car park for events elsewhere in the town and unrelated to Alderson House. Full details are available upon request

General terms & conditions of use
Alderson House (Warwick) Ltd accept no responsibility whatsoever for persons, vehicles or property whilst on or within our premises, including its grounds, car park and out buildings. All persons and/or items belonging to them or a 3rd party, other than Alderson house (Warwick) ltd, are excluded from our building, contents and liability insurances and all persons are reminded that they are responsible for the general safety, safekeeping and any subsequent losses, including consequential losses, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, any loss or damage to your own or others property is your responsibility
Permit holders agree to use the car park in accordance with the time/day applicable to their permit only. Furthermore that they will endeavour to keep safely the gate access code and not to pass this to others for casual use or that would otherwise cause the violation of the number of spaces allocated to them. Where there is a breach of these conditions permits will be withdrawn with immediate effect and no refunds will be offered.
* Due to functions occurring within the main building, 'working week' customers may be asked to vacate the car park by c.4PM on approximately 8 evenings per year. Likewise we cannot absolutely guarantee a parking space at 8AM on the following mornings. For 'evening & weekend' customers we would expect to have spaces available after 1130pm, however parking between 6PM and 1130PM should not be expected on these c.8 evenings.
All invoices and payment will be on an 'in advance" basis. Alderson House (Warwick) Ltd reserve the right to seek collection of any monies due where services have been reserve allocated and/or used.
VAT at the applicable rate will be shown on all invoices
Any use of the car park by way of a permit, short term use or casual use will be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and they will be binding in English law
